After Waide Construction purchased and refurbished their new Head Offices in Wairau Park it was our responsibility to organize multiple fiber connections, install the server cabinet which included the installation, optimization and securing of the office network routers, switches and Wifi Access Point for remote access connection to the server, CCTV system and building security for staff and 3rd party suppliers. In addition to this we were contracted for many years to supply additional remote and onsite IT support.

SHIPWRECKED MUSIC & ARTS FESTIVAL
TE ARIA
We were approached by the promotor for Shipwrecked Music & Arts Festival to help design, develop and host their original website and provide ongoing help and support including aerial drone surveys so they can map and plan the layout of the festival along with aiding them to livestream multiple stages to during multiple events. To date the website has gone through many different designs after training them how to manage their own website.
SITE OFFICE SETUP AND NETWORK INSTALLATION
CDC-CD1 DATACENTER SILVERDALE
Before the construction of the CDC-SD1 Datacenter in Silverdale our task was to installed all IT equipment for a site office that seated 25 staff with duel screens and docking stat9ions from 2 different companies spread over 2 offices, including a meeting room with Microsoft Teams. We also has to fault-find and rebuild the whole network infrastructure from the ground up spanning multiple Wifi Access Points due it being installed by another contractor and complaints from CDC staff onsite about slow network issues. We also configure and installed multiple 4G CCTV camera’s for remote access and onsite security.

FERNZ MOTEL

We were contracted to completely redesign Fernz Motel’s new website from scratch with the goal of giving a brand new modern look making it easier for visitors across the world to use, view and book rooms. Once completed we spent a morning with the receptions at the hotel teaching her everything they needed to know in regards to updating the content of them website. They were so impressed with our work, they commissioned us to start working on his luxury rental accommodation called The Beach House Kawau and get it to the stage that the same receptionist can carry on and take over. We also provide additional IT support to the owner which include upgrading old desktops and laptops and migration all software, files, settings and emails across to the new machines as he’s an nice elderly chap and not very tech savvy at these things.

Due to ageing network, telecom and POS network infrastruct and the sheer lack of any documentation it was our task to investgate, locate, resolve multiple network, phone and POS issues, track and trace all network ports to and from various locations where various networking equipment, relable all ports and produce new network diagrams and documentation of all ports, IP addresses and names of all devices on the network including locations of all POS, telephone, network, server and printing devices for future reference.

Having been a long time web hosting client for many years we initially migrated their website onto our platform when they first become clients of ours. As technology improved over the years, old web design software was no longer supported by the developers and incompatible with the PHP 8.0 we kept it operational for them allows them for them until after Covid. When they had the budget to spend migrate and upfate the content whilst giving it a more modernized look they also wanted to spend a bit more for some important SEO implementation to get higher rankings in search engines and beat their competitors.
